Payment terms for Private Non Business orders: 50% deposit payable at time of order non-refundable. Balance payable by check or money order 10 working days prior to delivery.
Terms and Conditions: for Business orders. Net payment due in 15 days of delivery. Deliveries will be made 60-90 minutes prior to viewing/guest arriving.We endeavor to make all deliveries on time. Brilliant Ice takes neither responsibility nor will we pay any compensation for lateness due to circumstances beyond our control including weather related delays, traffic and natural disasters. It is the responsibility of the customer; to insure a proper container is available to collect the water from the drip pan throughout the entire event, to supply ample power to the table for lighting and have a level - sturdy table ready for ice sculptures two hours before the event. Sculptures should not be set up in direct sunlight as this can cause honeycombing and cracking.
For a freezer drop off please let your ice sculpture temper in a 40 degree walk-in for 60-90 minutes before moving it to a heated area. Do not slide an ice sculpture over a hard surface (kitchen floor) it must be lifted onto a cart, as this can cause severe cracking. Make checks out to Brilliant Ice Sculpture.
